Before you even join us, together, we will come up with some key goals that you are eager to achieve. You might achieve some of the goals before the programme ends, but you are guaranteed to have achieved everything by the end of the 12 weeks! (or we work for free until you do!).

Question 2

I’ve tried programmes and personal training before. Why would this time be any different?

Accepted Answer

This is genuinely nothing like you’ve ever tried. Usual personal training is a “done with you” service meaning you have to put in loads of effort, make sacrifices and there’s a lot of friction to staying on track. Look there’s a reason why you are looking around, because last time didn’t work. What we do is put all the systems in place FOR YOU meaning all you have to do is turn up. And this makes it IMPOSSIBLE to fail!! Whatever got in the way last time you tried, I guarantee we have a system that conquers it and this is why our success rate is so high.

Can you guarantee that I will achieve X in Y time period? And will I get this in writing?

Short version : YES. But how on earth can we guarantee such a thing? I know this is new for you, but for us, we’ve been doing this for years and have tested and perfected our craft. We have transformed HUNDREDS of peoples lives so what would make this time any different? I mean sure everyone’s different but chances are we’ve solved the exact problem you're facing so many times that we can confidently offer a guarantee.

I don’t think I’m the right fit for this programme. Who is it for?

I’m super busy as it is. How am I going to fit this in my schedule?

We have SUPER flexible session booking times 6.00am - 11.00pm 7 days a week to ensure everyone can fit training into their schedule. We also use training techniques that require FAR less input while getting more output. Meaning you’ll make progress faster and easier with less hours in the gym.

I know that I should do this. But I lack the motivation to get started, can you help?

The only reason you lack motivation is because you know you have to do something difficult and you are unsure if you are going to get results. We make sure that everyone gets quick wins that motivate them and propel them to reaching their main goals faster. Meaning you’ll get hooked and you’ll look forward to your sessions!!
